Celebrate your senior year during Senior Week! The University of Connecticut is proud of you and your accomplishments. Senior Week offers events for seniors that provide and opportunity for recognition and celebration of your accomplishments and membership in UConn community.

Start things off by heading to the Alumni Center to register for the Senior Week events. The first 500 students receive a free t-shirt! On Tuesday enjoy the “Secrets of UConn” bus tour which will explore places on campus to which students don’t normally have access; and perhaps never knew existed. Laugh the night away with the Senior Comedy Cabaret on Wednesday and follow it up on Thursday with the Senior Fiesta held in the Alumni Center parking lot. Relax and hang out with friends, food, drink, music… and more free stuff. End the week by testing your luck at Mohegan Sun on Friday. A $20 food/chips voucher will be provided. Keep all these UConn memories by checking out UConn rings on Wednesday and Thursday in the Student Union- Union Street. A complete schedule is listed below.

Seniors are invited to come by the Alumni Association on 27th or 28th to get your official wristband for Senior Week activities. Wear your wristband all week and you will be provided immediate access to most of the events. While you are there, register to win for our prize drawing.

THE SECRETS OF UCONN BUS TOUR

Tuesday • April 28, 2009 • Outside the Student Union • 6 pm

Join us on a bus tour of all the “secrets” that UConn has to offer. We will be exploring places that are off-limits to the average student and places you never knew existed.

Tickets available at the Student Union Ticket Office beginning Tuesday, April 14, 2009. Admission is free, but seats are limited to the first 80 students.

CLASS RING DAY

SENIOR COMEDY CABARET

Wednesday • April 29, 2009 • Jorgenson Fine and Performing Arts Center • 7 pm – 9 pm

Enjoy a night of laughs at Comedy Cabaret Show. Senior Week wristbands will be available at the show; however, seniors who already have a wristband will be allowed immediate entrance.

Cash bar will be available. Admission is free.

SENIOR FIESTA

Thursday • April 30, 2009 • Alumni Association • 6 pm - 8 pm

Relax and hang out with friends, food, drink, music and more free stuff! Prize drawing during the event with all entries received Monday and Tuesday. Winners must be present to claim their prizes.

Seniors with wristbands will be allowed immediate entrance.

Admission is free.

MOHEGAN SUN TRIP

Friday • May 1, 2009 • Mohegan Sun Resort and Casino • 6 pm – 12 am

Join us on our trip to Mohegan Sun. Enjoy a variety of restaurants, shops, and gambling. A $20 food/chips voucher will be provided. Get your tickets at the Student Union Ticket Booth, beginning Tuesday, April 7, 2009.

Admission is $20 for seniors, $30 for guests.
SPACE IS LIMITED.
Buses depart from the Student Union at 6:00pm.
